MSc El Ward

El brings a unique blend of academic insight and practical experience to her coaching. Backed by a BSc and MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology, and pursuing a PhD in Sport & Exercise Psychology. Her research on professional relationships within sport psychology programs enhances her ability to support clients both physically and psychologically.

El is committed to forging meaningful connections with clients, guiding them to surpass health, fitness, and performance goals. With a focus on maintenance, El believes in instilling lasting motivation beyond the gym floor, providing support through every step of the journey.

Joe Burgess

Joe started his fitness journey in 2020, overweight and low on confidence due to poor diet, unhealthy lifestyle and a sedentary job. Fast forward to today, Joe is six stone lighter, eating well and living the life he always wanted! After going through a major lifestyle change, Joe understands the difficulty of losing weight and has first-hand experience in overcoming the day-to-day challenges and habits that often prevent progress. Joe has proven that you don’t have to sacrifice your social life to reach your fitness goals. He has helped many others change their lives for the better, and can do the same for you!

Toni Duesbury

Toni originally trained as an occupational therapist but after having her children, decided to change her career. She has been an online health coach for the last 2 years and helped countless women address their health and fitness obstacles, especially the barrier of staying consistent when juggling work/family etc.

As a female-only PT, Toni’s goal is to help women incorporate a wellness practice into their own lives as well as help them to see the benefits of building healthy eating and exercise habits to reach their fitness goals. Each of Toni’s clients is given a bespoke plan to hit targets whilst also providing inspiration, motivation and mindset. Having a young family that she loves spending time with, Toni understands the constraints around guilt or motivation and loves to help women that are feeling stuck in their personal fitness rut.

Alongside all of this, Toni genuinely loves to read all about fitness and nutrition and is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to the most up-to-date information.

CHRISTIAN FLANAGAN

Christian’s fitness journey evolved through a passion for success. He has performed highly in a variety of sports such as East Midlands basketball, national-level athletics and amateur boxing. The skills acquired through participating in these sports are transferred into each of his personal training sessions. Christian’s philosophy revolves around balance. He fundamentally believes in promoting a healthy relationship with training, where life and food can be enjoyed in equilibrium with your fitness goals. This approach to his training plans alongside daily support helps you to become the best version of yourself. 

Injuries, post surgeries are not a barrier between you and your fitness goals as he also has a Level 3 diploma in sports massage therapy which allows him to work well with rehabilitation alongside transforming your physique into its full potential.

Betty Miklos

Betty is the essence of good health and wellness a direct result of great physical form and mindset. She advocates for a stronger state of mind and well-being through consistent exercise plans to help you build a strong base, correct your form, and prevent injuries.
