Membership Sales Executive

An opportunity has arisen at Branston Golf & Country Club for an experienced Membership Sales Executive.

We are looking for an ambitious, professional and target driven salesperson to support our busy Membership Sales Team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building rapport and identifying the needs of individuals and corporate clients, explaining about all the different fitness equipment and innovations, the huge range of fitness classes and all other facilities that can help members achieve their goals.
  • Responding to sales enquiries quickly, appropriately, and efficiently via telephone, email and in-person.
  • Providing accurate membership information, follow up, conduct show rounds to convert enquiries to bookings.
  • Working to KPIs.
  • Proactively promote the Club’s facilities and memberships.
  • Being an active presence at internal and external networking events, including some evenings.
  • To provide content generation for website, social media and other marketing materials.
  • To undertake duties as may be reasonably associated with this position and as requested to do so.

What We’re Looking For

Paid Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Paid Digital Marketing Manager to bring our digital marketing fully in-house and drive revenue across our hospitality, leisure and events business.

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where you will take ownership of all paid media, digital campaigns and online performance — while also leading and developing a small marketing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and delivering a paid digital strategy aligned to revenue and growth targets
  • Planning and running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Managing budgets and maximising ROI, CPA and ROAS
  • Creating compelling ad copy and campaign content
  • Improving website and landing page performance to increase bookings
  • Tracking results and presenting clear, commercially focused insights
  • Working closely with department heads to generate leads and enquiries
  • Leading the transition from agency support to a fully in-house function
  • Managing, supporting and developing two Marketing Coordinators
  • Setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance, collaborative marketing culture

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years’ experience in paid digital/performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and GA4
  • A proven record of delivering measurable ROI and revenue growth
  • Confidence managing budgets and analysing performance data
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to premium brand standards
  • Experience leading or mentoring others (formal management experience desirable but not essential)
  • A commercial, proactive and results-focused mindset
  • Experience within hospitality, leisure, membership or events would be a bonus — but not essential.

Pay: £38,000-£40,000.00 per year

Food and Beverage Supervisor

This is a fixed-term role to cover maternity leave for approximately 8 months.

An opportunity has arisen at Branston Golf & Country Club for a Temporary Food & Beverage Supervisor, to support and drive our premium Events at the Pavilion during a period of Maternity leave.

This is a fast paced and challenging environment, and the ideal candidate must have previous experience working within the Restaurant industry, be financially focused, a strong leader, self-motivated, sales driven, talented and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the Events at the Pavilion in its entirety in the Operations Manager absence.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager to continuously manage, develop and improve where required all aspects of Events at the Pavilion.
  • Identifying additional sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Ensuring customer service excellence is consistently delivered, and revenues and profitability are maximised.
  • Assisting with recruiting, leading, managing, training, coaching and developing the Front of House Team.
  • Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and competition, to ensure Branston Golf and Country Club surpasses consumer demands.
  • Assisting with formulating and establishing operating procedures and goals.
  • Proactive in suggesting and debating alternative methods and procedures in solving concerns and assuring that we exceed the expectations and satisfaction of our guests.
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in full compliance with the company’s operating standards and cleaning procedures and in accordance with all legal, health and safety requirements.
  • Any other duties assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 x year of supervisory or management experience.
  • 1 x year of bar/cellar management
  • 1 x year of experience of running Events/Weddings (desirable).
  • Strong management skills in order to lead and motivate an existing and established, hardworking team to develop ideas.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverages.
  • Ability to coach team members in learning the same skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Commercial awareness and understand how decisions impact the business financially.
  • Excellent track record of maximising sales and surpassing targets.
  • Ability to organise multiple projects; manage and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analysis and decision-making skills,
  • Organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver high standards.
  • Ability to run with a pro-active and ambitious attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise needs.
  • Proven time management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Great administrative skills.
