There’ll be plenty to enjoy throughout the afternoon, with opportunities to catch up with friends, get involved and make the most of this special occasion.

Classic Prawn and Crayfish Cocktail
served with zesty brandy Marie Rose sauce, bed of crisp gem lettuce and rosemary focaccia bread

Chicken, Leek and Apricot Terrine
wrapped in smoked bacon and served with tarragon emulsion, peppery rocket, crispy leeks and rosemary ciabatta

Whipped Goats Cheese Croustade
served with beetroot gel, pickled shallots, frisbee lettuce and balsamic glaze

Mains

Slow Braised Beef
served with parsley and spring onion mash, honey glazed carrots, celariac puree and a rich red wine jus

Herb Crusted Seabass
served with chorizo crushed new potatoes, braised fennel, buttered kale and seafood bisque sauce

Wild Mushroom and Spinach Wellington
served with garlic and herb new potatoes, braised red cabbage, candied chestnut puree and wild mushroom gravy
