Your evening will begin with a welcome to the gathering, followed by the traditional Selkirk Grace and Address to the Haggis, accompanied by the stirring sound of the bagpipes.

Starters:

Cullen skink, traditional smoked haddock and potato soup in a rich white wine cream served with warm rye bread

Homemade scotch pie and beef dripping glaze

Mains:

Haggis stuffed chicken supreme, with neeps, patties and pepper cream sauce

Pan fried Scottish salmon with neeps, tatties and parsley sauce

Desserts:

Cranachan, a traditional dessert of layered whipped cream, fresh raspberries and oats and honey with a splash of whisky to finish

Dundee cake, traditional fruit cake topped with almonds served with a scotch custard.
