Over 70 classes every week

Branston has two group exercise studios providing over 70 classes weekly, including Aqua Aerobics which takes place in the swimming pool. A wide range of exercise and relaxation classes are included in your membership and are designed to meet different needs and levels of ability.

PiYo A new fun, yet challenging workout, PiYo combines the muscle sculpting and core firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of Yoga to create a calorie burning, muscle toning workout.

Tai Chi
A gentle form of class for all ages. Based on good breathing techniques and
relaxation; improves balance and co-ordination.This is a progressive class
and we run beginners programmes twice a year.

A mind and body class that concentrates on posture and body alignment
and helps you unwind from the stress of everyday life. Some yoga postures
can provide a level of challenge, however this is a non-competitive
environment where we work within our own comfortable level.

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow, calorie burning,

Classes are devised to meet all specifications and levels of ability. We also recognise the importance of "cross training" (a combination of resistance, flexibility and cardiovascular training). Classes are therefore categorised for your assistance. For our class timetable please get a copy from reception.
